How does the free trial work?
Every new organization starts with a 14-day free trial with full access to the products you enable. No credit card is needed to start. You only pay when the trial converts to a paid subscription.
How am I billed?
eBrain is billed per active user, per month, paid in advance in euros (excl. VAT). Your organization has one subscription with a fixed monthly billing date.
What happens if I add a user mid-month?
You pay a prorated amount for the rest of the current billing period, and access starts as soon as the payment succeeds. From the next billing date that user is billed at the full monthly rate.
What if I remove a user mid-month?
They keep access until the end of the current paid period. From the next billing date that seat is no longer billed. There are no automatic refunds.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. eBrain is cancellable monthly. Your access stays active until the end of the paid period, and the subscription simply stops renewing.
What's the difference between Core and Atlas?
Core is the secure workspace and your AI personal assistant, the foundation every account needs. Atlas is an add-on (€150 per user / month, on top of Core) that adds AI document intelligence: extraction, structured tables and search across your documents.
